Well, I can't say that this was their first solid food, but we're getting closer. Today's first meal of rice cereal and formula was an unmidigated success! Both babies, after much prompting, "ate" their entire tablespoon. Tilly ate most of hers off her bib and Ellie(new spelling) liked hers so much that she ate each spoonful 3 or 4 times! Tilly ate most of her meal by having the food shoved into her mouth and then the pacifier. Worked well. Ellie did pretty well, but needed the spoonful inserted numerous times for completion.
We think their socks look like 60's go-go boots when they're pulled up like that. And I love the picture of Tilly and me on our chair. Daddy/Daughter Day!!
